Satyam Rai is a young up and coming sarod player that classical indian music lovers should really watch in the years to come. He has studied in California with Ali Akbar Khan and is now studing with Pradeep Barot in Bombay.

Vasant Rai died when Satyam was just a baby but he has inherited all his fathers passion for music . Satyam's playing echos the sweetness and masterful skill of his father .
